All military personnel (active and retired) and their immediate family members are eligible. Immediate family members include spouse, children (regardless of age), siblings, parents, grandparents, and grandchildren.
To qualify, active military personnel must present their military identification card or leave and earning statement at time of purchase. Must be present at time of purchase. Retired military personnel must present a certificate of release or discharge from active duty at time of purchase. Must be present at time of purchase.
